General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) contain the general terms and conditions for using the www.crusader.shop webshop operated by Magyar Labdarúgó Egylet Kft. (registered office: 7900 Szigetvár, Széchenyi utca 99/2., tax number: 25919527-2-02), as the service provider (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider or Seller). Please only use our services if you agree with all of its points and consider them binding upon yourself. This document is not filed, it is concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Terms and Conditions. Any order placed after a modification implies the acceptance of the current GTC and all effective modifications.

Basic Provisions
For matters not regulated in these GTC, and for the interpretation of these GTC, Hungarian law shall apply, with special regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk."), Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Elker. tv.), and the relevant provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any special stipulation.
1. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. By placing an order on the www.crusader.shop website, the Buyer accepts the communication channel (e-mail) through which the Seller makes ordering the product possible.
1.2. The automatic notification sent to the Buyer via e-mail after placing the Order is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a final confirmation of the Order by the Seller.
1.3. The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer is established when the Buyer receives notification from the Seller via e-mail about the finalization/confirmation of the Order.
1.4. If the Buyer provides false or incorrect data during the finalized order, the contract between the absentee parties is not established.
2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR ONLINE SALES
2.1. Any User may enter the website. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access if the User's activity endangers the operation of the site.
2.2. The price of the Products on the Website is in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and includes VAT, but does not include the delivery fee and the fee for any chosen payment method.
2.3. The information (images, presentations) used to describe the Product on the Website is for informational purposes; in certain cases, they may differ from reality (e.g., illustrations).
3. ORDER AND PRE-ORDER
3.1. After placing the selected products in the cart, you can freely change the contents of the cart. Submitting the order is a transaction involving a payment obligation.
3.2. By finalizing the order, the Buyer confirms that the data provided by them are true.
3.3. Pre-orders: In the case of pre-ordering comics and apparel products, the expected release and delivery time is included on the product's data sheet. The purchase price of pre-ordered products is due at the time of the order or when the product arrives in stock, depending on the chosen payment method.
3.4. If the Buyer does not pay the purchase price of the ordered product within 5 days in the case of advance bank transfer, the Seller is entitled to cancel the order.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1. Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the Buyer (if they qualify as a consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
4.2. The Buyer may communicate their intention to withdraw via a clear declaration (by post to 7900 Szigetvár, Széchenyi utca 99/2., or by e-mail to the address above).
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to return the ordered product without delay, but no later than 14 days from the communication of their declaration of withdrawal to the Seller's registered office.
4.4. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller shall refund the purchase price (and the original delivery cost) no later than 14 days after the return of the product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
4.5. The Buyer can be held liable for the depreciation in the value of the product resulting from use extending beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
4.6. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of non-prefabricated products that were produced based on the consumer's instructions or express request (e.g., custom-sized or custom-labeled clothing products).
5. INVOICING AND PAYMENT
5.1. The indicated prices include VAT.

5.4. The Seller issues an electronic invoice, which is forwarded to the Buyer via e-mail upon fulfillment of the order.
6. DELIVERY TERMS
6.1. The delivery time for products in stock is typically 1-5 working days. In the case of a pre-order, the date on the product data sheet is the guiding principle.
6.2. The cost of delivery is indicated during the checkout process and on the product data sheet.
6.3. The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the package upon receipt of the product. If they notice any damage, they must ask the courier to record a protocol.
6.4. Transfer of Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to the Buyer when the Buyer or a third party designated by them (who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the product. The Seller is responsible to the Buyer for damages or loss occurring during delivery.
7. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
7.1. Implied Warranty (Kellékszavatosság): In the event of defective performance by the Seller, the Buyer may enforce implied warranty claims (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal).
7.2. In the case of a consumer contract, it shall be presumed, until proven otherwise, that a defect recognized within 1 year (one year) following performance already existed at the time of performance. After one year, the Buyer is obliged to prove that the defect already existed at the time of performance. The implied warranty claim lapses within 2 years from receipt.
7.3. Product Warranty (Termékszavatosság): In the event of a product defect, the consumer may directly demand that the manufacturer or distributor repair the defect or replace the product within 2 years from being placed on the market.
7.4. Commercial Guarantee / Warranty (Jótállás): For products subject to mandatory guarantee (above 10,000 HUF), the Seller provides a tiered guarantee according to the relevant legal regulations:
2 years for a selling price of at least 10,000 HUF but not exceeding 250,000 HUF,
3 years for a selling price above 250,000 HUF.
8. COMPLAINT HANDLING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. The Buyer may report complaints in writing to the Seller's contact details (email, postal address) provided above.
8.2. Conciliation Board: In the event of a consumer dispute, the Buyer is entitled to turn to the Conciliation Board competent according to their place of residence or stay. 9. GOVERNING LAW
The contract is concluded in Hungarian and English, and its provisions are governed by the applicable legal system and laws of Hungary. In case of discrepancy, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
